Terms and Conditions for Annaleise Affirms LLC

1. Acceptance of Terms:

By accessing or using the services provided by Annaleise Affirms LLC, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services:

Annaleise Affirms LLC provides relationship coaching services. It is important to note that these services are not a form of therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment. Relationship coaching focuses on providing guidance, support, and strategies for personal development and improved communication within relationships.

Distinguishing Relationship Coaching:

Clients acknowledge that relationship coaching is distinct from therapy, and Annaleise Affirms LLC does not offer therapeutic or mental health services. If clients require therapeutic interventions, they are advised to seek the services of a licensed therapist or mental health professional.

Limitations of Relationship Coaching:

While relationship coaching can be beneficial for personal growth and relationship improvement, it is not a substitute for professional therapy or counseling services.

3. Client Responsibilities:

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and honest information during coaching sessions. Annaleise Affirms LLC is not liable for outcomes resulting from inaccurate information.

4. Payment:

Payment for coaching services is due as per the agreed terms. Failure to make payments may result in the suspension of services.

5. No Refunds Policy:

All payments for coaching services are non-refundable. Once payment is made, clients acknowledge and agree that Annaleise Affirms LLC does not provide refunds for any reason, including dissatisfaction with the coaching services or any personal circumstances.

6. No Cancellations, Only Rescheduling:

Annaleise Affirms LLC strictly prohibits cancellations. Clients are encouraged to reschedule sessions in accordance with the rescheduling policies outlined during the initial agreement. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the forfeiture of the scheduled session without entitlement to a refund.

Exception:

In exceptional circumstances, where Annaleise Affirms LLC determines, at its sole discretion, that a refund may be warranted, the refund will be processed according to the terms outlined by Annaleise Affirms LLC.

7. Confidentiality:

All information shared during coaching sessions is confidential. Annaleise Affirms LLC will not disclose client information without explicit consent unless required by law.

8. Intellectual Property:

Materials and content provided by Annaleise Affirms LLC are protected by intellectual property laws. Clients may not reproduce or distribute materials without permission.

9. Termination of Services:

Annaleise Affirms LLC reserves the right to terminate services for reasons such as unethical behavior, non-payment, or violation of terms.

10. Limitation of Liability:

Annaleise Affirms LLC is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of its services.

11. Amendments:

Annaleise Affirms LLC may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Venue:

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
